Environmental monitoring is the foundation of environmental protection operations, which can provide useful decision plan support and skill supervision services for environmental management operations. However, China's environmental monitoring skills started late, and the skills and techniques are backward. There is still a big gap between the degree of automation and intelligence and the international advanced level.
